Ingredients: Dried Black Elderberry,Rose Hips, Mullein Dried, Ginger Root, Cinnamon Bark, Cloves, Dried Orange Peel, Echinacea, Star Anise
Recommended usage- 1 tsp for kids, 1 tbs for adults once daily to boost the immune system. This can be done multiple times a day when dealing with illness for additional support.
