Use 1 level teaspoon per 6-8 oz. water. Heat water to boiling. Steep for 5-8 minutes. The longer you steep, the stronger the flavor. Drink hot for best results. May be used as a gargle to alleviate symptoms. I highly recommend doing both twice a day for fast results.
