(1:2 w/v, 30% alcohol): 30 to 60 drops (equivalent to 1.5 to 3 mL, there are 5 mL in a tsp.), 3 times daily.
Standardized extract: 50 to 250 mg, 2 to 3 times daily used 90 to 120 mg daily.
