Black cohosh is often used to treat menopause symptoms such as hot flashes, moodiness, excessive sweating, and more. It also has use in inducing labor in pregnant women, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), and dysmenorrhea (or painful periods). Black cohosh is often found in a supplement form. Do not use this herb if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Ashwagandha Ayurvedic herb has been to reduce stress hormones and stimulate blood flow to the female reproductive organs. St. John's wort plus black cohosh (Remifemin; Gynoplus, Jin-Yan Pharm) can help improve menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes. The effects of St. John's wort alone on menopausal symptoms are inconsistent. Some, but not all, research suggests that St. John's wort might reduce hot flashes. St Johns Wort helps with heart palpitations, moodiness and other symptoms of menopause, mental disorders that present physical symptoms, premenstrual syndrome (PMS). St John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum), which has been shown to be effective for alleviating mild to moderate depression, a commonly seen effect of PCOS.

Damiana is used to treat hormonal imbalance issues in women as well as reduce the symptoms associated with menstruation and menopause, it helps to relieve female depression, anxiety, headaches and mood swings during menstruation. Licorice root is a phytoestrogen, which protects our estrogen receptor sites from xenohormones. This helps to protect our body from endocrine disruptors, which are known to cause fertility problems. Phytoestrogens compete for hormone receptor sites. If they bind to the estrogen receptor sites first, they actively block xenohormones from binding.
Dandelion root is high in plant estrogens and plays a significant role in the detoxification of the body, which plays a crucial role in detoxifying excess hormones in the body. This herb may help to prevent constipation, which is an important step in clearing hormones from the body. It can be found in tea or supplements.

Nettle Root has the unique ability to add sex hormones where they are needed and delete them where they are doing damage. Nettle Root as more of an ally or a best friend, supporting you to become the best version of yourself.
