 INGREDIENTS:

Ashwagandha roots have the capacity to stimulate thyroid hormones. More specifically, the findings suggest that it boosts serum concentrations of thyroid hormone, making it an effective remedy for hypothyroidism.

Motherwort- actually has numerous functions, but when given to a person with hyperthyroidism, you can think of it as a natural beta blocker, as it can help with symptoms such as tachycardia (high heart rate), and palpitations.

Bugleweed- is a traditional anti-thyroid herb that works by reducing the output of thyroxine (T4) hormone and slowing down the conversion of T4 to tri-iodothyronine (T3). This aids in inhibiting the production of excess thyroid hormone by restricting the ability of thyroid-stimulating antibodies in Graves’ disease. Bugleweed may help in reduction of symptoms like restlessness, headaches, and palpitations.

Lemon Balm- have a restrictive effect on thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) which obstructs the activation of the thyroid gland. This, in turn, assists in reducing over secretion of thyroid hormone. Along with this, lemon balm works at the ground level by detoxifying the body and strengthening the immune system to aid the thyroid.

Ginger may influence the rates of metabolism and reduce gut lining inflammation, but it is also full of Potassium, Magnesium and Zinc, which are important to the thyroid gland.

Blueberries are a superfood for me, they are low glycemic index fruit and they support your thyroid health in several ways. Blueberries also support your thyroid gland as it has other vitamins and minerals like vitamin C, vitamin K, and manganese.

Blueberries have several antioxidant compounds especially flavonoids. These flavonoids not only reduce inflammation in your body but also help in reducing reactive oxygen species which are responsible for thyroid gland damage.

Depending on the severity of the disorder, it becomes necessary to take anti-thyroid medication and beta blockers on a provisional basis or longer.
