For best results warm oil before applying. Put a glass of water in the microwave on 1-3 minutes. Take the glass out of the microwave and place the bottle in that glass. DO NOT PUT ACTUAL BOTTLE IN MICROWAVE!!!!!
Massaging your scalp with mustard oil once or twice a week can help to maintain healthy blood circulation. An effective way to implement this is to use it with aloe Vera and use it as a hair pack. Simply apply this mixture on the scalp and gently massage hairs and wash with conditioner or shampoo after 45 – 50 minutes. This remedy can reduce the hair fall.

Sesame oil is fortified with fatty acids that make it really effective for hair growth. It has some stearic acid, linoleic acid, palmitic acid, and oleic acid content among others. The linoleic and oleic fatty acids content account for about 85% of the fatty acids in sesame oil. Aside from a high content of fatty acid, sesame oil equally contains a substantial amount of vitamins E and K.
