ORGANIC INGREDIENTS: Mullein Leaf, Gotu Kola, Lobeline, Passion Flower, Peppermint Leaf

Mullein is typically used for hoarseness, coughs, bronchitis, asthma and other respiratory conditions.

Gotu Kola herb, has potential effects on the nervous system. I added this for focus and concentration. It stimulates sympathetic nervous system responses and makes you feel calm. It has an effect in treating and preventing depression. Studies show it has a positive effect on Psychiatric and neurologic conditions such as anxiety and depression. Respiratory conditions such as lung pleurisy and asthma.

There is a key chemical in lobelia, known as lobeline. It can occupy the same chemical receptors in the brain and body but is not known as an addictive substance. As a result, moderate and careful use of this herb is commonly prescribed for people who want to quit smoking.

Passion Flower may have medicinal benefits to reduce anxiety and insomnia.

White Willow Bark has also been used for fertility, love spells, divination, enhancing psychic gifts, and releasing depression and grief.

Peppermint has a refreshing menthol flavor. Peppermint and spearmint are the most common varieties of mint used in most blends.

Suggested amount is 1 to 1.5 teaspoons of tea per brewed cup.
