HOW TO USE AS TEA:
Take a small piece of dried OSHA root, about 1-2 inches in length, and rinse it thoroughly under running water. Fill a small pot or saucepan with 2-3 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Add the rinsed OSHA root to the pot of boiling water. Allow the OSHA root to simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the water has reduced to about 1 cup. Serve the OSHA root tea hot or cold, with honey or lemon as desired.
STORAGE DIRECTIONS - Dried OSHA root should be stored in an airtight container, with a tight-fitting lid, in a cool, dark, and dry place. Exposure to light, heat, and moisture can cause the root to lose its potency and flavor. It
